Cancellations and Returns Policy

All product purchases from Loftqa.com can be returned within 72 hrs from the date of delivery as per the below points:

  • If the product is not of satisfactory quality
  • If the product delivered does not match the product advertised on Loftqa.com
  • If the product has apparent defect or damage
  • If the product is not delivered in its original condition and is missing the required accessories.

Loftqa does not accept returns if the purchased item has been used, damaged, or opened while in your care. Furthermore, Loftqa does not accept refunds or returns for items that have been assembled/installed at the customer location. The refund process by Loftqa takes from 7- 14 working days from the date of the delivered product. All collection or pickup returns of goods within Qatar will cost the customer QAR 50. In the rare event that the order is international, the fee will be higher. However, Loftqa will contact you and explain the process. The Customer will bear the shipping and delivery fees to and from the Loftqa.com warehouse even during the allowed period. If Loftqa initiates the cancellation of purchase for a full or partial order placed with an online payment i.e. credit card or debit card, the same amount will be refunded to the same payment method. Payments can take up to 30 days for the money to be returned from the date the credit is refunded to your payment method, depending on the bank used. Loftqa.com is not responsible for the bank fee or charges during the refund transaction. In the event of cancellation requested by the customer before delivery, if you placed the order with an online payment method such as credit or debit card, the same amount will be issued back into the same payment method. It is essential to note this it can take up to 30 days for the money to be returned from the date the credit is refunded to your payment method.
