Damage and Warranty Policy

Defective or damaged products only

  • If you believe you have received a damaged or faulty item from Loftqa please contact us at info@loftqa.com
  • Defective or damaged products may only be exchanged within 4 days of purchase. To begin the exchange process Loftqa will require: date of purchase, order number, photos of damages (if available), description and any of information that will help us understand the defect or damages.

If the product is deemed to be defective due to a manufacturer error or defective materials, we will exchange the product as needed. If Loftqa determines we cannot exchange your item, we will provide a full refund.

Warranties

  • Loftqa’s warranty covers structural defects, i.e., if a product can no longer perform its intended duties after normal use. Any defective products will be replaced at no extra cost within 7 days of the purchase.
  • The warranty excludes damage due to misuse or ageing.
  • Natural disasters or events out of our control are not covered under the warranty i.e., Storms, floods, or earthquakes
